When Amelia is unexpectedly proposed to by her boyfriend at her 30th birthday party, she goes into panic mode. With her friends and family around her excited about the proposal and wanting to know every single detail about her wedding plans, Amelia feels the pressure to be the perfect bride and seeks to keep her sense of self in the midst of it all. In search of comrades Amelia starts a Bride to be self help group to dilute the pressure and find support from like minded allies. Upon meeting all the bride's to be, in various stages of their wedding planning, the stories of these couples unfold, lives interconnecting, friendships made and rivalry begins.
