Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] (2014)

The main girl takes her shirt off but doesn't show anything, very mild

A guy gropes a girl's knees and thighs while she's tied to a chair (attempted sexual assault).

Lots of fighting and lots of blood

A man gets his chest ripped open, it happens offscreen, but the aftermath, wherein lots of blood and his exposed ribs are seen. The man, however, feels absolutely no pain.

A man has his arm slashed and is then stabbed in the chest, both with plenty of blood seen. He then falls against a broken pillar and causes a stone slab to crush him offscreen, plenty of blood is seen.

Very bloody

Cussing every now and then, nothing too much though.

Occasional uses of "damn" and "hell", rare uses of "bastard", one use of "bullshit".

Although the series has a much lighter tone in comparison to the previous series, Fate/Zero, & it's sequel trilogy, Heaven's Feel, there's still plenty of callbacks to the former series with some dark themes clashing with the optimistic message and an emotional tone throughout.
