The doctor makes a practical joke of her almost successful suicide by replacing her with a fake girl; when the girl's friends come to visit her, her head comes off and chases after them, walking around on its braids.

There is a doctor that is always seen smoking. The doctor also does drugs, but the drugs are used to help people not for addiction purposes.

Frightening scene are seen a lot of times. Whenever the villain appears it is very frightening.
