Storyville

A master-planned, turn of the Twentieth Century New Orleans red-light district complete with political corruption, scandals, payoffs, sexual fantasies, and murder gives rise to a new form of music called "jazz". A brothel madam and saloon owner take whatever steps necessary to ensure their continued fortunes.
