When working with knives and hot food, there's always a possibility of injury. Kids occasionally cut or burn themselves, very little blood is seen (mostly bandages).

Due to the fact this is a kids version of Masterchef, Ramsay isn't his usual rage-enduing profane self in this series, as he is nicer, helpful and generous towards the youngsters, although he has accidently sworn at least two times. There is some uses of "Oh my God" and other mild language though.
