Felix Graves is polite, pleasant, and personable. He works for his mother, takes pride in his work, and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. He also happens to kill people for a living. Over the course of three hits, Felix struggles to maintain his professionalism - even as has victims lose theirs. Why can't people understand that it's not personal?
