The guys make jokes about sex in almost every episode of the show (though there is no nudity, with the exceptions of the male sidekick not wearing a shirt in one episode; and in another episode the male sidekick taking off his pants on camera, which is censored). One experiment (a gigantic light bulb) is "almost as big as [Jon's] penis." Definitely at PG-13 level.

Jory calls his microwaves his girlfriends.

One experiment was a dildo.

Tagline: "Nobody likes roasted nuts," nuts being a slang term for testicles.

Lots of suggestive humor such as, after microwaving a banana, someone says "When was the last time you saw something that hot and six inches, Jory?"

Jory almost dies in a few episodes. In the airbag episode he literally escapes death by less than half a second. No blood.

Despite the fact that Jon says that censor bleeps are funnier than swearing, only "Fuck" and "Shit" are bleeped out, and this is played out for laughs for this very reason. They were not bleeped in earlier episodes.

Infrequent usage of profanity is used in the series. Words like "Ass," "Asshole", "Hell," "Bitch," (as well as "Son of a Bitch"), "Tits", "Goddamn it" and "Whore" are used frequently.

Not much - the guys microwave some alcohol containers, a pack of cigarettes, and a hookah (none of which they actually use, though Riley does pretend to smoke in the cigarettes episode), and they also microwave some ammonia smelling salts.

What is done on this show should NOT be attempted at home. In each episode, the guys put everyday items into microwave ovens just to see what happens, some of which almost kill them. Each episode contains sparking, fire, and/or explosions; all inside microwaves. Sometimes aluminum foil is added to otherwise inert experiments.
