In the episode entitled 'Rags to B*tches' Kenny starts the episode completely naked. His buttocks are shown but his genitalia is always obscured or blurred out. In that same episode women can be seen briefly in lingerie, and are topless.

Drinking and smoking can be seen in some episodes.
