Magical girls are often shown briefly naked during transformation scenes, but their bodies feature no realistic anatomy.

The opening has madoka and another madoka (clone?) appear to be unclothed, but it is in brief flashes, and the cartoon style features no anatomy whatsoever and nothing in the anime is sexual. (Especially since the main characters all appear to be in their teens).

Moderate supernatural violence

Some intense fight scenes occur throughout the series. These fights often feature explosions and frenetic action. Some fights see certain characters bloodied or scuffed.

"Damn" and "hell" are used very little, but are still present in the script. A later episode features two misogynistic men talking, using words such as "ass", "bitch" and "shit" and a muffled "mother-fu-"
