A sexual scene is depicted in the episode, 'Marriage Is Murder', where a woman is having sex while on top of a man. Fleeting side nudity of the woman's breast is seen as is some thrusting between the couple.

This season contains frequent utterances of 'ass' in different variations such as 'asshole', 'jackass' and 'ass wipes', and plenty of other equally mild language such as 'sh*t', 'damn' and 'bitch'.

'The Glades: The Complete First Season' is a crime drama revolving around Jim Longworth, a Chicago detective with a wry sense of humor, who relocates to a small town in Florida called Palm Glade. There, he balances mysterious murder cases while trying to pursue a beautiful medical student who catches his eye.
