There is fake blood and gore used in filmed segments for shock humor. (Example, Tosh attempts to grind his front teeth with a sander and lowers the tool showing his upper lip missing with blood pouring down.)

Internet videos have featured unfortunate accidents resulting in shocking violent injuries. These injuries are usually shown in full detail. Only in seldom, rare instances have the violent images been blurred out.

Frequent strong profanity throughout, although stronger words are bleeped out. Stronger uncensored language has been limited to "goddamn" and the insults "asshole", "dick", and "pussy". "shit" is used.

Comedy Central's late-night block have episodes that are aired with completely uncensored language.

Several of Daniel's "skits" feature drug use, but it is comical, and used for staging purposes.

Some internet videos may include drug use, smoking, or drinking.

Some episodes feature shocking internet videos, disturbing content, and accident violence that could be potentially upsetting for more sensitive viewers.
