Shigurui: Death Frenzy (2007)

Occurs mainly in montage-style. One particular scene contains two images of Seigen both masturbating and kissing Mie, making her arch her back. It is meant to be part of his non-consensual fantasy. Genitals are never shown, but full-frontal nudity is technically in this scene. There are altogether three instances of heterosexual sex that happens to be non-consensual for the woman.

Graphic and gory samurai sword fights. Disembowelment and decapitations are present, but always shown offscreen or from a distance.

Limited, one damn or hell.

Mild drinking

The violence is more muted in style than in other anime (which reduces the shock factor), but people averse to gore would probably have trouble with some scenes.

A frightened girl is strangled to death by an evil shogun. Very upsetting, though it only lasts for a few seconds.

The sex/rape scenes may be unsettling.
