Cem graduated from the renowned Harvard University School of Medicine and completed his internship at major hospitals in the United States and returned home as a specialist neurosurgeon. Mustafa dreams of retiring Cem to all the hospitals. Cem's older brother, Omer, is not quite fit for his father's board chairmanship.
