A man comes onto a woman quite strongly while in a hotel room. He tries to forcibly kiss her and she stops him by casting a magic spell. Since it's played for laughs, the implication of sexual assault can easily fly over one's head.

Very mild with few exceptions. Keiichi and Belldandy live together, but their relationship is rather chaste. Belldandy's older sister Urd is rather sexualized, with revealing outfits and trying to make Keiichi take his and Belldandy's relationship further. One episode involves Belldandy taking a love potion and as a result, totally coming on to Keiichi. All played for laughs.

Some fights with magical spells, explosions leaving people comically black and smoking. Near the end of the series, there is much mayhem and destruction, but all ends well.

Some scattered uses of mild words like Ass, damn, hell, bitch (used very rarely)

Urd enjoys drinking. One episode she needs Sake to keep her energy up. Other characters drink casually.

The show is very cute and fun, and lighthearted up until the last couple of episodes. Some emotional scenes throughout the series.
