Comic Party (2001)

Kazuki Sendou, a high school student, is drawn by his megalomaniac friend Taishi into the strange world of fan comic conventions and cosplay (costume play), as well as the various types that inhabit that world. Kazuki's childhood friend/sweetheart Mizuki, however, won't let Kazuki be turned into a mindless otaku so easily!
