Doctors of Rock (2005)

A series of rock-n-roll specials, now being filmed at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Each special honors a legendary rock artist chosen by a nominating committee comprised of key professionals in the music industry. The selected artist receives an honorary doctoral degree for their contribution to culture and the arts. Filmed before a live audience of students and invited guests, the event includes the doctoral presentation, a hosted Q&A between the artist and the audience, and an exclusive PhD Performance concert.
