Huset (2004)

Four couples each get 300,000 Danish kroners (approx. 50,000 US dollars) to improve on four apartments. The money is to be spend on materials, purchasing interiors, hiring constructors, carpenters, designer, etc. After ten weeks the four apartments go for sale, and the couples take home the profits (if any). The final prize goes to the couple who received the highest profit from their apartment - they win twice the amount of the profit.
