Documentary about 5 Central European (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary) and 3 East-European (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) countries as they are about to enter the European Union on May 1, 2004. Featuring interviews with cultural representatives from all the countries, inter-cut with comedy sketches.
