Best in Town (2006)

"Best in Town" is part documentary part comedy. A camera crew follows the host as he assembles all the elements for a ridiculous small town animal pageant. The pilot features comedian Bert Kreischer as he travels through Solvang, California in search of people who dance with their dogs.
