Lifting (2001)

A successful plastic surgeon is obsessed with his age and young girls. He is always interested in girls that are half his age and he behaves like a boy in his twenties. His friends judge his lifestyle but he doesn't care. He will be confused when he starts having feelings for a woman,in her forties,that he knows for twenty years. They had met in the university and now she is his colleague. He will not know who to chose between her and a young,naive girl that he is dating.
