Magical Girl Lalabelle (1980)

Lalabelle is a 10-year-old witch from the land of magic. Biscus, an evil wizard goes to earth with stolen magic items to make a fortune. Lalabelle and her cat Bila follow him to stop him but cannot return to their world. Lalabelle can protect herself and solves various problems with her magic wand by saying "Belalulu Belalulu Belalalula". A couple of old earthians who are sad to see their own grand daughter leave them to live with her parents decide quite happily to adopt Lalabelle. But the little girl is not accustomed to human habits and does not intend to hide her powers.
