Very little to no nudity. Nothing explicit is shown at all. This anime is meant to be watched by children and families anyway. Several scenes are like these written below:

In a few times, any character would end up seeing Mai's panty, making her to call this character "a pervert" (at least in the Japanese version).

A few episodes have some people, including Magical Emi, wearing some beach outfit.

In one of the very later episodes, we see Mai and a little child being nude due to taking a bath. Again, nothing explicit shown.

Some characters flirt in several scenes.

Very mild violence throughout this anime involving: Characters arguing with each other, driving dangerously, getting hit with items, falling down and getting hurt, doing boxing, screaming, and getting exposed to some slapstick violence.

In one episode, we learn about a girl who had died due to having a weak body.

In one episode, several people are watching a movie which shows a woman being stabbed to death while taking a shower. Possibly inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho".

In one episode, a man causes a man to accidentally stab his finger with a sewing needle. We can clearly see some blood on the finger, as it's shown in close up.

A few episodes show any character getting exposed to some illness or injury.

Characters insulting other characters by Japanese words which would mean stuff like "idiot" or "fool".

Several episodes show some people either drinking or smoking. A few rare times, we can see some people being drunk.

Nothing particulary frightening or intense, this anime TV-series is meant to be watched by children and families.
