Two soldiers attempt to rape an underage girl, but they are stopped by the main character.

Overall: 8/10 it's a lot of nudity and no sex, there are penis's shown, bare breast, and bare buttocks. Not really explicit and mostly innocent.

One male child is briefly seen with full frontal nudity, genitalia and all. The scene is non-sexual though and innocent.

After a bomb detonates (on someone's body), there's a large amount of blood that erupts from where the explosion.

Lots of fantasy action violence, often involving martial arts and energy-based attacks. The fights do become quite violent in later seasons. Characters on the show die, however, deaths are often undone through wishes made with the Dragon Balls. It may be a bit much for young children.
