Casshan: Robot Hunter (1993)

One scene shows a woman held prisoner while wearing ripped clothing with her left breast visuable. Except her hair is covering her breast so the scene is only half suggestive. There is however an extra suggestive scene where a woman is in a shower and we see her entirely naked, but only the breasts and rear end are shown during that scene. Another brief scene of a male portraying as a guniea pig for an experiment is naked but the private parts are either shaded or not shown. Finally there are a couple of moments where a woman's breasts are bouncing a bit.

Various humans get killed throughout a majority of the OVA. There's also one brief scene where a character is bleeding to death on the dirt.

Only a little bit of swearing in most of the episodes.

A human is seen smoking in one episode.

A scene involving a character detinating a bomb is slightly frightening.
