Kirill Borisov-the head of the foreign trade center spies for the benefit of foreign intelligence. The investigators are watching him. They established a connection between Cyril and John Rivers. When he found out about this, Kirill decided to abort his mission, but was arrested. He is cooperating with Bulgarian intelligence on the capture of John Rivers.
