Crime and the Law (1973)

Two teenagers, Choo-Choo and Ezra, steal a car and commit hit-and-run accident. The veteran Sergeant Hadad and his new assistant Eilon are assigned to the case. By persistent and thorough investigation, carefully following the leads and based on eye-witnesses, they track down the felons and bring them to justice.
