Goku goes in a hot spring but his butt is shown manly played for laughs nothing sexual.

A man's head explodes in season 7. Not extremely graphic though.

The bulk of DBZ is made of up fights which can contain dismemberment, blowing holes into each other and even death. However, the violence is incredibly fantastical with all of the aforementioned damage incurred by "energy beams" or "ki attacks". Depending on the version shown, there may be blood. However, any such scenes are not dwelt upon for long. Anyone who loses a limb tends to show pain at first but does not really suffer from it.

It gets noticeably more violent with season 3.

Cell, another villain, "sucking" the life from people with his tail. No gore is shown and most of it's off-camera.

Bastard is used several times

The middle finger is used around 5 times in the whole show.

Middle finger is used twice in the final season and jackass is used a few times throughout the show.

Damn, damn it and hell are used a lot!

Beer is seen being drank in the show mainly by Bulma.

A villain "drinks" a man by stabbing a straw like tail in his back. He's then reduced to nothing as a horrible gargling noise plays.

Many episodes can be intense for people with epilepsy, cause some flashing lights can trigger seizures.

The villains could scare younger viewers. The villains are quite menacing looking but are still quite comical. They make evil laughs and talk about destroying/taking over the world.

There are a lot of intense fight scenes and many characters die or come close to death.
