Hi Lo, Texas is home to down on their luck cowboys Howdy Lewis and Ben Jones. They're in debt to Jim Ed Love, 2nd richest man in the state and must do what he asks. They find some happiness with girlfriends Ada and Sally at the Longhorn Cafe.
