Golden Years (1991)

In an explosion in the USA's most secret laboratory, old janitor Harlan Williams is incubated by totally unknown chemicals and starts to become younger instead of older. The government is interested in finding out everything about these changes, and a hunt across the USA starts for the fugitive Harlan.
