Anne of Green Gables (1979)

A female student is mentioned being interested in an older male teacher about twice, but it is never an important subject. They talk together a few times.

Anne is infrequently shown only wearing her undergarments, which are 1870 style and far larger than today's. Nothing shown.

Some talk of Marilla and Matthew's past courtships.

Anne bashes a boy's head with her slate after he teases her. She does it so hard the slate breaks. It becomes a topic of conversation in several episodes.

Anne falls and breaks her ankle. The pain of it causes her to pass out.

Anne recalls her past to Marilla, wherein she suggests she was abused by those she formerly lived with. She mentioned a man being killed by a train. She does not go into great detail.

A girl is slapped by her teacher

There may be a damn or other mild words within the subtitles, but they depend of who translated the Japanese dialogue. Otherwise, there is nothing other than various 1870 insults such as 'homely,' and 'wicked girl,' and Anne's red hair is a topic of insult, such as 'carrots.'

Matthew often smokes a pipe indoors

Anne (accidentally) gets another girl drunk by giving her an alcoholic drink. Both are around the age of 11 or 12.

Anne is swept away by a river and is forced to hold onto a bridge pillar until she is rescued. Her friends panic when they cannot find her.

Anne falls and breaks her ankle. The entire scene is rather intense as Anne climbs to the rooftop where she has to balance to the other side along the ridgepole.
