A tribute series to the police force. Detective Yangdong is fighting against all crimes that happens in his small town that is a harbor town, when he gets a new partner, his life turns upside down. The new partner is Zhou Huan who is the son of his former partner who died on duty when he was a young policeman. Yangdong start struggle with memories when he remember the killer was a young teenage girl. It get worse when the that teenage girl has become a woman and her younger sister is now friend of Yangdongs 8 year old Daughter, now Yangdong has not only protect and serve the public but also protect and serve his family.
