Straight laced Jimmy (Justin De Rizzio George) becomes the newest Manger at Tarquin Towers Hotel and couldn't be happier. Well that is till he finds out the owner Robin Tarquin (Chris Hembury) is a ruthless narcissist, his staff are ex cons, his department is dangerously falling apart and the Health and Safety inspector (Peter Jones) has just arrived for an inspection.
