Vocea Romaniei (2011)

Four famous musicians search for the best voices in Romania and will coach these aspiring singers to become artists. They have their backs turned to them and if a coach likes the voice they hear, they turn around, and the contestant then gets to decide which one of the coaches they want to work with.
