Stake Land: Origins (2011)

Charlie, a young boy, is making a documentary on his Dad, a butcher. We learn that a strange disease is affecting the meat supply. When the family arrives home with fresh meat, the virus spreads, infecting Dad and his wife. Charlie makes a new documentary, only to be confronted by his metamorphosized Dad.
