In an episode, you see a character's sexual fantasy. Nothing too explicit is shown, but at the end of the scene, she is seen being pushed to the floor by the other character and her legs go up, implying they are about to have sex.

The blood in this series however is pink, there is violence and a constant state of people getting killed, stabbed, poisoned etc.

In the English dub, there are many uses of the word 'ass'.

"Son of a bitch" is said a fair amount of times in the English dub

Like the first Danganronpa, Danganronpa 3: Future Arc can be depressing, emotional, and suspenseful at times

If a character violates a "forbidden action" they are poisoned by their wristband. The effects of the poison are quite gruesome and disfigure half of a person's face. This is quite disturbing and occurs a few times, the first instance being at the start of episode 2.
