S4A has some mild fantasy violence from the game.

For a show with so much action and a mature rating the violence remains rather bloodless

Season 1 is based on the game "Jaws Unleashed" which is very bloody and very gory thus the entire season is very violent as a result

Season 2 is based on the game "Aliens: Colonial Marines" which is rather violent again as a result the entire season has quite a bit of violence.

Season 3 is based on the game E.T: The Extra Terrestrial which is not very violent, but the live action scenes do have some violence though most of it is bloodless.

Season 5 and 6 are far darker than the previous seasons, several emotional scenes and several key characters die

Some viewers might find the the shark from Jaws Unleashed or the Aliens from Aliens: Colonial Marines to be scary.
