Revelling in Australia's natural beauty and diversity, the chefs gather produce from across the country before transforming fresh ingredients into a series of delicious dishes in their award-winning kitchens. Culminating in the most ambitious culinary event of their careers, the chefs regroup at the infamous Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Tasmania to host a dinner for 250 of the world's toughest food critics.
