Frightful Movie (1968)

Since 1959, various regional TV stations across Australia produced their own version of Aweful Movies with Deadly Earnest. TVQ-0 Brisbane produced their version between 1967-1968 with Shane Porteous as Deadly Earnest. When Porteous left for Sydney in 1968, the show change to "Frightful Movie" with John Dommett as "Professor Macabre"; screening on Tuesday nights between 20 February 1968 until 18 June 1968.
