Dust Off Medevac Girls

DUSTOFF is an acronym meaning Dedicated Unhesitating Service To Our Fighting Forces. In the US Military there a group of pilots and flight medics who job it is to save lives, usually while risking their own lives to accomplish this Mission. The Army uses the term "Casualty evacuation", also known as CASEVAC or by call sign Dustoff. Soldiers just call them Dust Off, or Chariots..."DUSTOFF" is the call sign specific to U.S. Army Air Ambulance units and this is their story.
