The Diaries of a General Manager (1995)

It's about a Doctor who accepts being CEO of a governmental bureau under pressure of his wife and friend. When he started, he realized the deep corruption in the bureau and he goes undercover to stop the trend. It leads to series of hilarious events both in the bureau and his family.
