Dragon Sunrise Anarchy (2019)

Deams, an ageless mayor, is forced to change gears after his district attorney, Tessa, informs him that his train wreck of a son, Nate, and his friend/future arsonist, Jason, were kidnapped by a murderer targeting college aged people. He loops in Alyssa, an impulsive romantic, as they try to chase down the killer.
