A guy watches Quandale Dingle Getting stabbed multiple times and the guy stands there and doesn't help. Incredibly Disturbing And Disgusting because Quandale's Injuries looks real and might frighten the viewer.

A child is decapitated with a razor blade, this lasts for 3 minutes.

The teens watch an f bomb compilation of swearnet the movie. Later recreating the entire movie. Ends up having the most swears in tv series with 486294 swear words in the entire series

All the kids in the show vape and smoke weed and it's shown without any censoring.

There is heavy drug use and alcohol abuse.

Dixie D'Amelio's character develops a severe heroin addiction and dies

Fake medical scenes - not just blood.

One of the teen doctors shoot a dog at full blank range because they couldn't euthanize it correctly.

While a patient is getting lasik eye surgery the lasers become too strong and melt his eyeballs.

There is an extremely disturbing scene in the episode sponsored by Dr Pepper in which Dixie pours copious amounts of Dr Pepper into a patients IV drip. It is later revealed that the patient has diabetes and is found dead. The scene also includes Dixie laughing at a child with severe burns.

The only scary thing is watching the show.
