Sounds of the Underground (2019)

Developed by Johnny Zirkel, Sounds of the Underground is the first alternative music show focused on exposing up-and-coming artists alongside major artists to air on CBS. Growing tired of typical music industry politics keeping bands from growing, Johnny decided to develop the show as a way to give artists of all levels the opportunity to reach new fans based solely on talent and drive, and nothing else. With the decline of festivals focused around the genre, Johnny hopes that this will be the next big way artists and fans connect and build relationships with each other. The 'underground' scene is not dead, and we are here to make sure it stays alive.
