Beauty guru Isabel Bedoya is coming to the rescue of those who struggle to glam up, and those who just don't know when enough is enough. Each episode of "Make Me Over, Make Me Under" features two independent stories. We'll follow Isabel as she makes over one subject from drab to fab, then shifts to make under the other subject who desperately needs to tone it down all to ensure they can embrace their new-found confidence.
