Hero Worship (2019)

In a break the forth wall style coming of age story a shy 6th Form student Jake Duffy, is comic book aficionado. He can name over 100 different characters, their origins, their arch rivals and which actors played them in movies and TV adaptions. His number one goal in life is to become a comic book writer and artist. While other people his own age are out partying, Jake is drawing comic book characters and working on his own superhero series. Still only 17 he has to overcome many obstacles first such as high school, bullies, embarrassing parents etc.
