My Trip to Spain (2022)

Alexis, a trans woman, is heading to Spain to get cosmetic surgery and asks her old friend Charlie to house-sit. During the hand-off, he tries his best to convince her to cancel while pursuing a sexual liaison with her brooding gardener.
