We Are Youth (1974)

Shun Okita was assigned to a private high school, Taiyo Gakuen, as a successor to Takeshi Kono, who is also a senior at the university. Like Kono two years ago, at a gathering of dropouts throughout the grade, he is assigned to the class instructor of Group D in the third grade, which has the nickname of "Junk". Shun sets up a rugby club for boys who are banned from club activities because of their grades.
