Numerous waves of reforms have been announced over the past three decades to address systemic problems in the Georgian judiciary, but the idea of an independent judiciary has remained unfulfilled. The political party that came to power in 2012 adapted to the existing legal reality and supported the judges in the judiciary, whose professional reputation has been the subject of criticism for years. With the support of the ruling party, a group of influential judges was strengthened and a clan was formed. The media content created by the Shame Movement is divided into three main episodes and provides a detailed analysis of systemic problems in the judiciary. The topic discussed in each episode will be prepared as a result of the voluntary cooperation of non-governmental organizations operating in Georgia. In this documentaries we uncover how ruling party abandoned systemic reforms in judiciary, supported influential judges and formed Clan in judiciary.
