With an unwavering commitment to his craft, Jay has always drawn creatively from his environment especially his native New York. Inspired by his Mother and ardent supporter, she helped him understand the power of his talent and the impact that it would have on the world. Creative, charismatic and always entertaining, Jay knew he would succeed from a very young age. Through sports, Jay learned the discipline that has become an invaluable trait and necessary to succeed as an actor. While studying at the Actor's Theatre Workshop under master teacher, Thurman E. Scott, Jay honed his skills and truly started to actualize his full potential. His diverse body of work is evidence of his passion and full commitment to his craft. His diverse body of work ranges from comedies to drama having select appearances in feature films: Liberty Kid, National Lampoon's Pledge This, Miami Vice, Under Pressure Anas well as A Step Away From A Note. He has also had appearances in the blockbuster Law & Order TV series and the Netflix series Bloodline. Although Jay's talents are not just limited to acting, he is a skillful dancer and experienced singer. He truly enjoys the opportunity performing live whether musical theatre, film, television or wherever his talent is needed.
