Adam grew up in rural Connecticut looking at the world through a viewfinder. After graduating from Boston University with a film degree, he promptly moved to LA. He cut his commercial teeth under directors Speck/Gordon, working with them on several campaigns, including Geico's acclaimed Cavemen spots. He also worked for the legendary commercial director Joe Pytka, as well as on multiple Super Bowl campaigns. He did a stint in features as well, working from greenlight through release on the $70 million Will Ferrell comedy Blades of Glory, before heading to Australia to work on The Ruins for DreamWorks. He also covered scripts for Red Hour Films, Ben Stiller's production company, which earned him a desk job in feature development at Paramount. As a director, Adam pools his experience working with commercial and feature film directors, and mixes it with his own creative sensibilities. In addition to directing, he also co-owns Hatch, a bicoastal creative content studio dedicated to telling better brand stories.
